Managing Information Technology projects within an organizational context, including the processes related to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, reporting, and closing a project.  This course covers topics such as project integration, scope, time, cost, quality control, risk management, and earned value management. (Open to non-MIS majors) Prerequisite: BUS322 (Operations Management) or equivalent or with permission of the instructor (WPI).
